An Idol Is About To Be Toppled

It’s an age old war

Some observations of mine on the leaking of the Supreme Court draft that may lead to overturning Roe v Wade.

If you are familiar with the Bible then you know there has been an epic battle going on since the beginning of time.

A battle between good and evil.

For as long as I’ve been alive there has been a battle over abortion in this country. Although I have witnessed small victories in this battle, for the most part we have been losing the war until recently.

My own first wake up call, was finding out the number of abortions performed every year and that most of these abortion clinics were located in the inner cities purposely targeting the poor. It became obvious to me in my younger years that this was a money operation.

“For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil.” 1Timothy 6:10

How bad has it gotten in this country?

Do you remember how sickening it was to hear for the first time about partial birth abortions being performed? There’s also a lot of research going on using fetal tissue. It’s become very lucrative. Where are they getting all that fetal tissue? It hasn’t stopped there. Democrat politicians have called for legalizing abortion right up to the minute before birth and a few have said what wasn’t supposed to be said out loud. That it’s a mother and doctor’s decision if they want to just let the baby die after birth. Infanticide.

Normalizing the sacrifice of our children to a false idol.

The idol is money.

Politicians who have created a system where the poor are being subsidized for abortions by tax payers to enrich an industry who funnels the same money back into the politicians pockets. While at the same time promoting sex education at an early age to promote sexual activity and more abortions. All with no conscience. No thought of the value of life at all.

But something changed.

God is doing what He has done throughout human history. When it looks like evil is about to take us to the point of no return, He has raised up someone to lead us back to Him.

That person is Donald Trump!

I don’t know about you, but this has been a huge surprise to me. I wasn’t originally a Trump supporter. I’m a Texan so I was naturally supporting Ted Cruz in the primary who I’ve always liked. My parents were both telling me that I had to listen to Trump, but I figured he had no chance of winning. I didn’t take him seriously because I saw Jeb with all the money and the backing by the establishment and I was hoping there were enough people out there that hated the establishment like me and would support the one guy the establishment has always hated, Ted Cruz. At this time I had not even watched Trump’s escalator speech. When the primary came around I voted for Cruz but I started paying more attention. The debates caught my eye. I saw everyone attacking Trump and he wasn’t afraid of any of them. He was taking them all on. He was a prizefighter and a champion for the people. He won me over and when the primaries got down to him and Cruz I was telling Cruz to drop out. I knew that Trump would be president. I knew he would beat Hillary. That didn’t surprise me at all.

I never imagined that Trump would become the biggest champion of children and the unborn I have ever seen. That God would be using him to bring on revival and a return to God like never before in my lifetime. I still had the image of Trump as a wealthy playboy who was a successful businessman and could rescue our economy from the horrible Obama years. As if that was all that was important. That’s all I was expecting. I did not expect him to help rescue us spiritually at all.

Now we get a leak of a draft decision on abortion from the Supreme Court that looks like they are going to strike down Roe v Wade. That’s monumental! I never thought it would happen, that is until Trump. He said he would appoint pro life judges to the court to overturn it and kick it back to the states where it belongs according to the constitution. He kept his promise. He appointed hundreds of pro life and pro constitution judges across the country including three Supreme Court justices. I knew it was only a matter of time before they struck it down as unconstitutional.

Naturally the enemy is freaking out, but it’s interesting that it was drafted back in February and leaked now, just as the 2000 Mules movie was debuting. It’s obvious that this was planned as a way not just to distract but to also keep the country divided and try to ignite their base voters which polls show are leaving them in droves. It’s the same playbook they’ve used for years. They aren’t smart enough to realize everything has changed. The political landscape has changed and they don’t have the power they once had. They don’t have the power to distract. They don’t have the power to ignite meaningful protest or draw support from voters.

The Great Awakening has already begun. But we are just at the beginning stages. The evil has yet to be full revealed to the masses. It goes much farther than just the killing of the unborn. It goes to child and human trafficking. Have you ever in your life seen someone wage war against human trafficking like Trump has? It is a war. It always has been. A war between good and evil. Many of our friends and neighbors don’t even realize there’s a war going on but it’s about to spill into the public for all to see. It will all be revealed because it has to be if we want to defeat them. The puppet masters controlling the globe must be exposed for their Satan worshipping and their death cult. They don’t value life at all.

The author of life is moving. He has joined the fight.

Evil hates life because God loves it.

Abortion has been the idol that evil has used in our country to divide us and destroy life at the same time. They call it a right. A right to kill your unborn baby. But let’s be careful about condemning those who’ve had abortions. They are victims too. They have been lied to and I personally know a few who have had abortions at an early age and really regretted it. Let’s try and give them grace. The enemy is the one pushing it and normalizing it, treating the life of a baby as a mundane inconsequential medical procedure. We need to change that narrative and a ruling that will strike down Roe v Wade will go a long way in helping to do so.

There’s a great story in the Bible that I couldn’t help but see some similarities.

The Israelites had been conquered. Sound familiar with Biden and the democrats controlling the entire government? The Philistines had defeated Israel and captured the Ark of the Covenant. What did they do? They took the Ark and put it in the temple of their false god Dagon. The next morning they found their idol face down on the ground before the Ark. they lifted it up and put it back up and the next day they found it on the ground again but with it’s head and arms broke off.

That’s what I believe is happening. God is toppling the enemy’s idols. He’s showing the enemy that He is still in control. He’s in this fight.

One last verse and a warning to the enemy.

“For we know him who said, “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,” and again, “The Lord will judge his people.” It is a dreadful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.”

The enemy’s days are numbered. Judgment for them is coming.
